Laser Profiles has provided an advanced laser cutting service for over 30 years. Its well-regarded and longstanding service was enhanced by the addition of waterjet cutting in 2012. Today, the business supplies laser and waterjet cut parts manufactured from flat sheet/plate and square, round, oval, and rectangular tube.
Operating Trumpf fibre technology, Laser Profiles provides highly efficient and cost-effective laser cutting for a wide range of materials and thicknesses. A Trumpf Liftmaster automated materials handling system allows up to 30 tons of material to be automatically processed unmanned in ‘lights-out’ 24/7 production.
Laser profiles water jet cutting service uses the ByJet Smart system for cutting and engraving of any material up to 200mm thick and features dynamic waterjet technology to produce high accuracy parts and eliminate edge taper.
The skilled Laser Profiles workforce has a wealth of experience in processing a wide variety of materials and the company enjoys an enviable reputation for quality and reliability, now operating 24/7 to ensure prompt and reliable deliveries, with 24-hour turnaround for urgent jobs.
From its 15,000 sq. ft. premises, Laser Profiles provides a full in-house production facility.
